Since we have python3-trimesh in sid now, I can remove the split off package.

Only problem is that trimesh is _still_ blocked from migration to trixie due to https://bugs.debian.org/1074734

I'm inclined to remove the dependency on ruff though, it seems like this is mainly a developer dependency and neither needed by the build process nor at runtime.

@myon: What do you think?

I could also use some help with https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1094339 - it's not RC yet, but I expect that python-setuptools will go away soon.
