[3dprinter-general] Bug#1118139: slic3r-prusa: flaky autopkgtest 'check-gui' on at least riscv64

This bug currently blocks the opencascade transition, this test fails
for i386. Looking at the autopkgtest artifacts I see that prusa-slicer
starts up, but the configuration windows is (not yet?) displayed.

I've installed prusa-slicer in a i386 VM and can confirm that it works
fine, and it also opens the configuration window as the test expects.
(DE in the VM was GNOME)

A testbuild done on debusine shows that the test is not failing there,
so this really looks like a flaky / broken test.

As this is blocking the opencascar transition, I'm raising the severity
to RC.
