[Alioth-staff-replacement] Alioth off-line?

Hi,

Is it just me or did Alioth go off-line?

As of writing, around 2018-03-26 11:20 UTC, I get no response to any of

  ping
  ssh
  https for sane tracker items
  https for sane-devel mailing list archives
  https for this list's archives

HTTPS access worked fine yesterday.

# I have been hitting the sane trackers a bit during the weekend.  Did I
# get blacklisted again?  The two times this has happened to me I would
# get some kind of network error, IIRC.  This time nothing at all.

Can anyone cluebat me?
