[Amavisd-new-debian-devel] Isn't right time to move new amavisd from experimental to unstable?

Hi,

since sarge is out, I think it's right time to move amavisd-new from
experimental to unstable.

I think that adding news file and list changes in configuration file
won't hurt.

And there is one minor glitch.  amavisd-new 2.3.2 depends on
libconvert-uulib-perl (>= 1.05).  (I was backporting it to some older
system and got hit by this on runtime).
