Actually, we may need to drop this. The problem is that we can't really be
doing the "don't touch the file, we will overwrite it" routine, as that is
just not acceptable. And we can't parse it using perl, because the file
could do something very hideous when run as root.
I'd much like to change this to 20-domains, and add perl code that reads
/etc/mailname and does a hostname --fqdn. If the user wants to change that,
it is a conffile or he can override it later.
That removes debconf from the picture (for parameters, anyway), which is
always good.

It was being copied to 30-user if 30-user doesn't exist during postinst.
Unfortunately, that recreates 30-user if the admin deleted it, which ain't
acceptable, and we cannot refer to anything in /usr/share/doc anyway.
I just moved the entire thing to 30-user and didn't bother shipping it in
/usr/share/doc/examples anymore. We can ship a copy in examples if you
think this change is not a good idea, though.
