[Amavisd-new-debian-devel] logcheck support updated

Hi, 

in collaboration with Martin Krafft I updated the logcheck files for
amavisd-new. It would be nice if anyone could check if I didn't missed
anything.

Since some of the files were shipped with logcheck before we decided that a
conflict against the current unstable version of logcheck would be good to
prevent errors. I will coordinate the upload of amavisd-new and logcheck with
Madduck. 

Since nobody found had any complaints with the new package it will be
uploaded to experimental tomorrow.
