I think so. Those dirs should be 0750...

Well, I don't recall why we have them 0755, but it is like that in sarge, so
I am pretty sure I was the one that screwed up.
We have to fix it in amavisd-new.postinst, taking care to not override
local admin changes.
Could you please file a bug to that effect? That way, we won't forget to do
it.
