[Android-tools-devel] Debian android-tools 5.1.1_r13

Hey, I've figured it out. It looks like the one you committed was a few commits ahead of 5.1.1_r13. But anyway, I've gone and uploaded 5.1.1_r29 now. Your previous packaging still works with that, no changes needed. Thanks for the work! :)
