[Android-tools-devel] RFS: repo_1.12.32-1

Hi Hans,

I prepared 1.12.32 for repo. As mentioned before, I have switched it
to use get-orig-source. Apart from this and merging the new release I
have done nothing else, but when I merge the "upstream" branch it had
several conflicts, which showed us how inconvenient the old workflow
is :)
