[Android-tools-devel] RFS: android-platform-frameworks-base/1:6.0.0+r26-3

Hi,

I have prepared an update for this package:

  * d/control:
    - Do not use ${binary:Version} on external packages
    - Remove libunwind from B-D as unnecessary

It is not recommended to use ${binary:Version} or ${source:Version} on
an external package because different packages may have different
epoch and Debian revisions. As a result, android-libandroidfw-dev
depends on android-libutils 1:6.0.0+r26-2 but we have
1:6.0.0+r26-1~stage1.2, which make B-D uninstallable on a fresh Sid.

Hence this update should be uploaded before android-platform-build.
