[Android-tools-devel] RFS: android-platform-system-core/1:6.0.1+r16-2

Hi,

I have prepared an update for this package in order to ease the
process of getting itself into testing. As we can see in [1] this
package is involved in a package transition. I did some temporary
changes to ease the transition:

* Add android-libzipfile(-dev) as transitional dummy packages
* android-platform-system-core-headers provides android-system-dev
* adb and fastboot drop android-sdk-platform-tools-common

After this package gets into testing we will add
android-sdk-platform-tools-common back. Otherwise I fear things would
never get better...
