You don't.  Usually you shouldn't care which source package provides a
given binary.  I think this a weird transition which confused the
auto-transitioner (that generated the parameters of the transition
tracker).
If everything goes as I expect, some FTP master processes my RM bug and
you close that other bug (which is/will be blocking the testing
migration)in android-sdk-meta everything should go smoothly and that
transition tracker just go away by itself :)
After that, you can just close this bug report as a non-bug.
