[Android-tools-devel] Change of maintainer name

Hi,

I just realized that the current maintainer name is not very consistent,
when I compare it to other teams like for instance Debian Java. What do
you think about to change the name to

	Android Tools Maintainers

with capital letters and plural because we are multiple maintainers,
aren't we? :)
