Hi all,

I have prepared a new package "boringssl". You can see the ITP at
<https://bugs.debian.org/823933>.

The reason of introducing this package is because the Android platform
framework android.jar depends on conscrypt <https://conscrypt.org>,
which depends on this package. conscrypt uses a C constant only
present in BoringSSL but absent in the latest OpenSSL.

As we can see from AOSP's OpenSSL repository
<https://android.googlesource.com/platform/external/openssl>, Google
has been not using OpenSSL since Android 5.1.1. With this package
introduced, I am also switching all Android libraries in Debian to use
BoringSSL rather than OpenSSL.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Kai-Chung Yan
