[Android-tools-devel] apktool_2.1.1+dfsg-2_amd64.changes ACCEPTED into unstable

Indeed.
We already have a reply from the maintainer, and for starters it does
look like the apktool directory patch can go in with some changes to
account for the other OSes supported.
