[Android-tools-devel] Google Android NDK Installer Package

I tried to install the google-android-sdk-docs-installer package earlier
today, and it already has kind of a mirror infrastructure, where it tries
to download it from multiple mirrors, whichever works first.

Your approach looks nice too, could convert the above to that as well, and
perhaps add the third mirror as well.
