[Android-tools-devel] please "star" this issue so Google pays attention

The Android Developer Reference is currently licensed under the Creative
Commons CC-BY 2.5 license, which is not considered free by the Debian
Legal team.  By upgrading the license to the 3.0 version, or newer, it
will be completely DFSG-free.  To get Google to pay attention, we need
people to star this issue.  If you have a Google account, please log in
and click the "star" button at the bottom.
