Hi,

I have prepared a new package for the Data Binding Library for
Android. You can find the ITP at [1].

This package intends to provide the Data Binding Android libraries and
some libraries used by the Android Plugin for Gradle. To build the
Gradle plugin, these libraries must be uploaded into Debian first. As
for the Data Binding Library, they are built using the Gradle plugin
therefore not available for now.

This package tracks the version tags of the Gradle plugin instead of
the Android system.
