Hi Hans,

It is high likely that JSilver is dead... And actually AOSP barely
modifies any codes in it, judging from AOSP's repository [1]. And AOSP
hasn't been updating JSilver since Android 5.1.0 (1 year ago).

I will try contacting the Git committer in AOSP's repository, though I
doubt his email address still exists... I think we are totally good to
upload it, though it does not hold the same for Doclava.
