Doesn't work for me.  I'm guessing because I'm building on amd64, and
its a i386 binary package.  These are the errors I get:

 dpkg-genchanges
>../google-android-build-tools-installer_23.0.3_amd64.changes
dpkg-genchanges: error: cannot read files list file: No such file or
directory

 dpkg-genchanges
>../google-android-build-tools-installer_23.0.3_amd64.changes
dpkg-genchanges: error: binary build with no binary artifacts found;
cannot distribute

I'll find a i386 porter box and try it there.
