[Android-tools-devel] welcome our new DM: seamlik!

Hi,

Thanks for the granting! I received the dak mails, I guess I
officially got those upload permissions now.

However none of these granted packages needs a non-NEW upload... I
think android-platform-build, android-platform-dalvik and
android-platform-tools-base should be better candidates. :)
