[Android-tools-devel] 6.0.1~r55 provides build-tools 23.0.3 or 23.0.2?

This issue is still not resolved in gradle_2.2.2 or android-7.1.0_r7,
which are the latest tags so far. I emailed the people who updated the
versions the last time, asking them for details.

The SDK's version hasn't changed since 1 year ago which has remained
24.3.3. Also, the versions of Built-tools and Platform-tools are also
outdated.
