[Android-tools-devel] 6.0.1~r55 provides build-tools 23.0.3 or 23.0.2?

I believe the source code is quite up-to-date, although it is still
behind the latest proprietary release.

Despite they have not updated the SDK's version in [1], they keep [2]
well maintained. I am considering tracking the version of
android-sdk-meta using `project.ext.baseVersion` in this file. What do
you think?
