[Android-tools-devel] RFS: android-platform-tools-analytics-library/2.2.2-1 [ITP]

Hi,

I have prepared this new package. The ITP can be found at [1].

This package contains the library for tracking the usage analytics of
Android SDK. It's a dependency of android-platform-tools-base/2.2.2-1,
therefore I am packaging it.
