Hi,

I would only update libsmali-java in lockstep with apktool. It was once
part of it and only a few months ago apktools's upstream decided to
unbundle it. I think the current version works just fine and it is
possible that the latest version, which is a beta version by the way,
might introduce some sort of regression. So as long as apktool or any
other package in Debian don't require anything newer I would keep it as
it is.
