[Android-tools-devel] Bug#883894: android-platform-libcore: Source includes files listed in Files-Excluded header

Dear Maintainer,

android-platform-libcore lists *.jar (amongst others) in the Files-Excluded
field in debian/copyright but the source tree contains (amongst others) "support/src/test/java/tests/resources/junit4-4.3.1.jar".

This might be a DFSG violation (I didn't explicitly check), but at least the
upstream tarball was not repacked as intended or is missing attribution for
these files. Alternatively, the field is simply out of date.

Either way, I believe an update of the source tarball or debian/copyright
is required.
