android-platfrom-build-headers says that it is a transitional package.
Usually that means there is some other package transitioning to, which
is listed in Depends. However, android-platfrom-build-headers does not
have any dependencies. That indicates, that it can safely be removed
from the archive. Something is wrong.

Please add a dependency or remove the package.
