Package: android-sdk-libsparse-utils
Version: 1:8.1.0+r23-1
Severity: important

$ simg2img rpb-console-image-am57xx-evm-20180205221320-631.rootfs.img
simg2img: error while loading shared libraries: libbase.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is a known working file which has been used with real hardware and older versions of simg2img without problems:
http://images.validation.linaro.org/snapshots.linaro.org/openembedded/lkft/morty/am57xx-evm/rpb/linux-mainline/631/rpb-console-image-am57xx-evm-20180205221320-631.rootfs.img.gz

I downloaded it and decompressed it with gunzip but simg2img 8.1 cannot open the file.
