[Android-tools-devel] Bug#914685: android-platform-frameworks-base FTBFS on C++ "atomic" lib

When building android-platform-frameworks-base, it fails to build with
errors related to the C++ "atomic" lib.  seamlik says this is due to an
issue in android-libcutils-dev, which provides that lib for the Android
packages.  It is probably related to this patch:
