[Android-tools-devel] Improve your testing procedures

I just now tried compiling someone else's project with Debian's Android tools, and the gradle gave the usual spiel about license accepting, so now I know it's not me.
I think I may have figured out the problem: Nobody is testing Debian's Android tools on a fresh install without any of Google's software. If you use Google's installers and accept the EULAs using the wizard, these error messages presumably don't come up and it's easy for you to get confused.
So, that's my theory. Not enough testing. Funny because I see a lot of commits, but I assume the updates are being tested on "dirty" systems which have the aforementioned stuff on them.
