[Android-tools-devel] Joining the team

Hey nicoo,

I'm happy to see you are interested!  I think you can approach Android
Tools team work like many other Debian teams.  You don't need to commit
that you will work so many hours, or a certain level of involvement.
Being part of the team is more about understanding the core procedures.
 Mostly, that is knowing which packages are standalone and can be freely
uploaded, versus which packages are interwoven and must be uploaded in
coordinated batches (e.g. the Android SDK).

repo is a standalone package, for example.  The interwoven ones
basically all follow the Android SDK git repo naming scheme for the
source package names:

android-platform-*
android-framework-23
android-sdk-meta
