[Android-tools-devel] How to build android tools by myself?

Hi all,

I want to build ARM64 version android tools(
https://salsa.debian.org/android-tools-team/android-platform-system-core)
by myself.  Cause I need modify some code of adb.

But I did't find any README or wiki about how to build.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
