Please fix your orig tarball.  You ship binaries, but it's unclear if
you ship the source for it.  Lintian is pretty loud about it, because
you already know:

N: mk-origtargz/tar support for Files-Excluded: is broken:

O: android-platform-development source: source-includes-file-in-files-excluded host/windows/prebuilt/javawrap.exe

Also, please explain (in the changelog), why generating one binary
package with more than one tool of this package is not sufficient.
