[Android-tools-devel] Bug#983048: please provide mke2fs to let fastboot format work

Currently fastboot format fails because it can not find the mke2fs tool:

$ /usr/bin/fastboot format userdata
/usr/lib/android-sdk/platform-tools/mke2fs failed with status 1
fastboot: error: Cannot generate image for userdata

$ ls -l /usr/lib/android-sdk/platform-tools/
