[Android-tools-devel] Bug#1018805: Enable android-platform-system-extras on ppc64el

I'd like to get fastboot and adb installable on ppc64el.  One of their
build prerequisites is android-libext4-utils.

Can you add ppc64el to the Architecture lines in debian/control, for
android-libext4-utils and android-libfec?  I tested on Debian GNU/Linux
bookworm ppc64le, and the build works fine.
