Looks like doclava would need to be ported to use the API that replaces com.sun.javadoc: https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/11/docs/api/jdk.javadoc/jdk/javadoc/doclet/package-summary.html#migration If someone does the migration, I can take care of the packaging updates.
