Please remove android-platform-dalvik from Debian. It does not have any reverse dependencies and the Dalvik VM is not in use since Android 5.
The package has missed bookworm and the last Uploader has removed himself from the Uploaders list with

If the team does not act on this within some weeks, I am going to make this a RM bug on ftp.debian.org.
