[Android-tools-devel] Porting the package into new distribution

Hello,

I am a little worried if this is the correct place to ask for help 
regarding the android-tools package of Debian.

This is the situation:

I use a distribution that uses the Guix package manager, and the default 
repository does not have the Android tools. I want it to be ported 
there, and I think (based on my research) that some other people and the 
Replicant project volunteers want it as well.

So, I want to ask for help on how to get this done. For example, where 
can I find all the source codes of the Debian project for rebuilding it 
and so on.

Please, I need advice. Even if it is a redirection to another mailing 
list, I will be happy.
