[Android-tools-devel] mirrors on github

I setup automatic mirrors of all of the project repos on github:
https://github.com/debian-pkg-android-tools

I figure it is a good way to get attention and contributions from Android
developers, since they generally spend a lot of time on github.  Can't hurt to
have a backup also.

Those git repos are updated in a post-receive hook in the git repos on alioth
(git.debian.org).
