[Android-tools-devel] New upstream (android-tools-5.1.1+git20150904-0.1) fixes adb not listing newer devices

Hi,

I have packaged a newer upstream version (android-5.1.1_r13) of
android-tools.

This provides adb v1.0.32 (among other things), which fixes newer
devices supporting 'Allow USB debugging' security not being recognized
by adb. I can see my Cubot X12 now, for instance.

I'm new to packaging. Should I contact package maintainers about an
NMU, or something else?
