    Actually, android-platform-frameworks-base already has NDEBUG
    enabled, which also fixed another issue earlier.<br>
    Today's fix is for android-system-core, specifically for libutils as
    that's where the crash was (and what aapt links against)<br>

Apparently the new upload requires us to upload the updated
build-dependencies too. As you know I'm not really fond of the versioned
build-dependencies approach or uploading packages just for bumping the
version, so I leave the rest to Hans-Christoph. The debian packaging
looks good to me on first glance though.</pre>

    I think I could update the build-depedencies if there aren't any
    code changes. I did want to do it anyways, got sidetracked a little
    after dinner. On it right now.<br>
    I say this because we already have quite a few packages pending
    upload right now, so it would be best to add only what we actually
    need. I partially agree with both of you on this matter.<br>
