Mouaad Aallam and I have done some updates to android-sdk-meta. The
changelog is:

  * d/control: android-sdk depends on default-jdk (Closes: #826761)

  * d/control: android-sdk recommends gradle (Closes: #826870)
               android-sdk suggests maven
  * Add llvm-rs-cc stub (Temporarily, for #827215)

The llvm-rs-cc stub is needed to get Android apps to build, the gradle
plugin checks for the file's existence for all projects. It would be
needed to be built later from src:android-platform-frameworks-compile,
to support apps using Android's Renderscript component.
