This is what most of the applications do for making the close button thin.
Try entering with the mouse to the close button and see that with the patch
you can less bevel around the button (see epiphany, empathy, etc.).
Yes an external configuration could change this appearance, but it could
happen also without this. If you copy/paste that string to your .gtkrc.mine
file, it works too ;) So having an RC entry in your application doesn't mean
others can change it, as without it others can change it as well.
Could you please remove "can-focus" for the download_close button too? I
only did that for the packages_close in another patch.
