[Aptitude-devel] [PATCH 6 of 6] Handle and report errors that occur while downloading changelogs

Previously aptitude-gtk would leave the "downloading changelog" message
up even when a changelog download failed.  The problem was that the
download process would terminate without invoking any continuation in
the failure case.  Now a note about the failure and the error message
are displayed in the changelog area.
