[Aptitude-devel] GUI: configuration file changes tab

Hello,
when a package changes its configuration a new tab is opened to handle the
differences of the configuration file. The problem is that the tab is not
focused so the user won't see it.
Solutions:
- Switch to the opened tab and flag the window as urgent for the WM
- Open a dialog

I'd go for opening a dialog, it doesn't sounds like a good idea to have a
tab for such operation, also because the layout of the tab is really ugly.
