Now that was a strange one. My desktop is set to french, and the rule
for french seems to not capitalize. I checked iceweasel, gedit,
synaptic, xchat, pidgin... But interestingly, when in english (LANG=C
gedit), they capitalize. I never noticed this peculiarity. Well, just
make sure the translators know about it. I suppose they know already.

I applied the patch.
