Never mind this mail for now. I thought I had things almost working, but it turns out that I was actually abusing docbook in ways that look like they'll probably cause trouble later. (you shouldn't reuse text that has ID tags) It's too much work to deal with this right now, so I'll wait on this feature. Daniel
