Hi all,
       I have been following aptitude development for quite some time
(just a user but use aptitude exclusively). I saw that a new version
has been uploaded to experimental just a few days ago :-

$ apt-show-versions -a apt
apt 0.8.15.9 install ok installed
apt 0.8.10.3+squeeze1 stable       ftp.au.debian.org
apt 0.8.15.9          testing      ftp.au.debian.org
apt 0.8.15.9          unstable     ftp.au.debian.org
apt 0.8.16~exp12      experimental ftp.au.debian.org
apt/testing uptodate 0.8.15.9

but for some reason the changelog at
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/a/apt/current/changelog
shows the updates till end of 2011 only.

this also explains the 404 error :-

$ aptitude changelog apt=0.8.16~exp12
Err Changelog of apt
E: Changelog download failed: 404 Not Found [IP: 128.31.0.49 80]
E: Couldn't find a changelog for apt=0.8.16~exp12

Also was wondering is there a way to subscribe the emails at
aptitude at packages.debian.org

Just an enthusiast user.
