This sentence is also present in the changelog. I actually have
problems parsiong it because it has two verbs ("was" and "is").

Did you mean "This was a rather unsightly kludge _and_ is better
suited as a script for APT::Update::Post-Invoke."?

(If this is the only thing I find, that's ok. :-)
