[Aptitude-devel] aptitude *sometimes* doesn't the bzip partials and also full-update doesn't help.

Hi all,
Thank you all for working on aptitude. Please CC me if somebody
answers me. I dunno if this is a known bug or not but aptitude
sometimes gives something like this :-

~$ sudo aptitude update

 I have been hit with this a few times. Sometimes removing the diff's
or/and cache from /var/lib/apt/lists and updating anew fixes the
situation above while sometimes even this solution does not work.

/var/lib/apt/lists$ sudo rm -rf *

$ sudo aptitude update

As can be seen something is off.  This has happened before and is not
an isolated example.

If this is a known bug and already reported please share the bug
number. If not  please lemme know so will report it via reportbug.

If somebody knows workaround for this would be appreciative of this as
well. I have no idea whether the above solution which works sometimes
is the appropriate one or is there a better way to fix it.
